ENROLLMENT FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

Come join us at DSOD as we celebrate our 38^th year of dance in the Northland! We are thrilled to continue our tradition of dance excellence and look forward to an exciting year!

Dance classes will begin the week of Monday, September 19^th.

HOW TO ENROLL BY MAIL

Enrolling by mail is fast, easy, and convenient.

1. All members of a family receiving this letter may enroll by mail.

2. First quarter tuition payments should be mailed by Saturday, August 6^th.

3. The enclosed enrollment form(s) must be filled out completely and clearly to update our computer files. Mail completed form(s) with payment in the return envelope. A student is enrolled when a tuition check is received. YOUR CLASS CHOICES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED.

4. Tuition for 1 student/class $ 100.00 per quarter

Tuition for 2 students/classes $ 188.00 per quarter

Tuition for 3 students/classes $ 264.00 per quarter

Tuition for 4 students/classes $ 336.00 per quarter

Tuition for 5 students/classes $ 400.00 per quarter

Tuition for 6 students/classes $ 456.00 per quarter

Tuition for Pointe $ 48.00 per quarter

        There are 8 weeks of instruction in each quarter. There are 4 additional vacation weeks which are not missed classes.
        The studio closes without notification when the Park Hill School District closes or dismisses early for bad weather.
        Refunds will not be given for missed classes. Make up classes are available.

5. A STUDENT IS CONSIDERED ENROLLED WHEN TUITION PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. CLASSES MAY NOT BE RESERVED BY PHONE.

ONE HOUR CLASSES OFFERED

A. Preschool thru Third Grade--------------Combination tap/ballet/jazz/acrobatics

B. Fourth Grade thru High School---------Combination tap/jazz

C. Middle School, High School-------------Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced jazz

D. Fourth Grade thru High School---------Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced ballet

E. Seventh Grade thru High School-------Pointe

F. Sixth Grade thru High School --------Hip Hop (This class is not offered on your enrollment card- there is no need to pre-enroll for hip hop. A student must be enrolled in a regular dance class at DSOD in order to participate in the hip hop class. There is a $15.00 fee for each of the 7 offered hip hop classes, payable at each class. Hip hop is held on Saturdays. Dates and times of classes will be announced.)
